These terms explain the personalised nasheed service offered by Sukoon Sounds Official. By placing an order, you agree to them.

The service

Sukoon creates one bespoke digital nasheed from the information submitted in the order questionnaire. The launch package includes a target duration of 2-3 minutes, a vocals-only final mix, an MP3, a private listening page, a printable QR gift card and one minor revision.

Your information and permissions

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of names, pronunciation and story details. The customer must have the right or permission to submit any information or audio they provide.

Production

The service may use AI-assisted production tools. Every final nasheed is selected, refined and quality-checked by Sukoon. We do not guarantee a particular human singer or vocalist identity.

Vocals-only statement

No musical instruments are intentionally included in the delivered version. Sukoon performs a final quality check before delivery.

Timing

The initial delivery target is 5-7 calendar days. This is a target, not a guarantee, unless confirmed otherwise in writing.

Revisions

One minor revision covers factual corrections, name or pronunciation issues, small lyrical amendments and minor practical production adjustments. A new melody, vocal style, substantially rewritten song or second concept may require an additional fee.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Because each nasheed is made to your specification, work may begin shortly after payment. Your statutory rights are not affected. If there is a problem with what we deliver, please contact us and we will work with you to put it right.

Customer use

The delivered nasheed is supplied for the customer's personal use and gifting. Sukoon will not publicly share a customer's nasheed, story, testimonial or reaction without separate explicit permission.

Private links

Anyone with the private listening link or QR code can open it. The customer is responsible for deciding who receives that link.
