This policy explains how Sukoon Sounds Official handles information when you browse our website or order a personalised nasheed.

Information we collect

We collect the customer's name and email address, the recipient's name, relationship and occasion, personal stories and memories, pronunciation information, optional audio recordings, language and style preferences, dedication text, order status and payment references.

We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.

Why we use it

We use this information to take payment, write and produce the personalised nasheed, contact the customer, deliver the finished gift, support a revision and keep an operational record of the order.

Our legal basis

We use your order information because it is necessary to provide the service you request and to meet related legal and accounting obligations. Where we send optional marketing in the future, we will ask for your permission first.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to host the website and private files, process payments and send transactional emails. Information from your story may also be processed through AI-assisted production tools where needed to help create the nasheed. We remain responsible for choosing and reviewing the final work.

Payment information

Stripe processes card payments on its own secure checkout page. Its use of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and page performance. This tool does not use cookies, local storage or visitor fingerprinting. The public site does not use non-essential cookies, so we do not show a cookie-consent banner. Stripe may use its own cookies when you move to its checkout page.

Private listening links

Listening pages are not intended for search indexing and use long, unguessable links. Anyone the customer shares the link or QR code with can access the page, so customers should share it carefully.

Retention

We keep active order, story and audio data only for as long as needed to fulfil the order, provide the included revision and support you. We retain the minimum information needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Unpaid checkout drafts expire automatically and are not kept as orders.
